Did you find that the cover and title represented what the story was really about? Absolutely. One glance at the cover and you know the story is related to a medical issue. I wasn't disappointed with the story but the editing could have been better.
What did you think of the story structure? The medical aspects of it were well-explained but the legal aspects seemed a little forced and did not really fascinate me. Overall, it was a good story.
Which secondary character resonated most with you and why? Alex isn't quite a secondary character but I felt he was the most compassionate of all and was the central part of the story.
What did you think of the ending? There was a bit too much blood for my liking but ended as I expected it. I assume this is the writer's first book and will read another book by the same author.
Disclosure: I received a complimentary copy. This did not affect my honest opinion.
